Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, many attachments have been engineered and made like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to allow the forklift to position materials more precisely. The articulating booms or booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being developed and designed all the time and will be available in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
